✦ HOW IT'S MADE ✦
This headpiece is crafted entirely by hand using traditional silversmith techniques. Petite sterling silver ball-beaded wire is carefully entwined around a solid sterling silver 'D' shaped band, then soldered at each end to create a seamless, secure finish.
The band is 4mm wide, wrapped in 1.5mm ball-beaded wire, giving it a delicate yet substantial feel. It is lightweight enough to wear comfortably all day, yet solid enough to hold its shape beautifully.
Securing your headpiece is simple and flexible — we drill small holes at either end of the band so you can thread ribbon or hair pins (kirby grips) through to anchor it to your hair. White 3mm satin ribbon comes attached as standard, though this can easily be removed and replaced with any colour to match your wedding theme. The band can also be gently bent to follow the natural curve of your head for the perfect fit.

Hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office — a mark of genuine quality and craftsmanship, confirming this is a true sterling silver heirloom piece.

Sizing — the headband shown measures approximately 16" (40cm). We make every piece to order, so we can adjust the size to suit you perfectly. To measure, use a soft tape measure placed halfway down one ear, over the top of the head, to halfway down the other ear — or until you reach a length that feels comfortable.

The headband may need to be gently moulded to follow the natural curve of your head — this is completely normal and easy to do, as every head is beautifully different.
