United Kingdom All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked, so you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Orders under £50 — £3.50
- Orders £50 and over — FREE
European Union We ship to all EU countries for a flat rate of £11.99. Please note that import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
International We ship worldwide (including the US, Australia, Canada, and more) for a flat rate of £14.99. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Some items may take 3- 4 working days. Lisa Katz Jewellery may take 2 weeks or longer if hallmarking is required. Confirm shipping times with us if needed.
