Our jewellery features different materials and finishes depending on the design, including sterling silver, gold plating, pearls, and crystals. Please check each product description for specific material details.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused, with their tags attached and original packaging intact. Handmade-to-order and customised items are excluded under our standard return policy.
How do I request a return or refund?
To start a return, email tamarandtalya@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the payment.
